Nathan Weinstock did his first inspection in 1982, before Home Inspection was the formal profession that it currently is. This was when he was still in Architecture school. He started doing more and more inspections. He enjoyed them more and more and was grateful to be able to provide such a valuable and useful service his clients, mostly home buyers and home owners. Nathan knew that this is what he wanted to do and incorporated AccuChex™ Building Inspectors in 1987.

Nathan Weinstock brings a varied and solid educational and experiential background to his Home Inspection business. He has:

• earned a Science Degree;
• completed a 4 year program in Architecture, Building Science, and Project Management;
• worked as part of the Design team in a large Architectural/Engineering firm;
• developed $40 million of New Housing in Ottawa-Carleton;
• run a Real Estate Development Company with annual revenues of $550,000;
• taught Home Construction and Home Inspection for the School Boards;
• owns and operates an Architectural Consulting and Building Inspection business successfully since 1987 ;
• qualified as a full member in the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors with the professional designation of RHI, Registered Home Inspector.
